- Subsequent to 31 December 2025, the Group completed the sale of 100% of the shares of Ardena Södertälje AB to Nanologica AB; the transaction was signed and closed on January 29, 2026.
- On April 1, 2026 the Group acquired Pharmatel-Immo BV, being the entity that owns the building used for the operations of Ardena Gent NV.
- Subsequent to the reporting date, the Group successfully refinanced its existing debt facilities with its current lending partners.
