On 27 January 2026, Barrick TZ Limited issued 1,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each to shareholder, Barrick International (Barbados) Corporation, which was settled by the assignment of a promissory note to the value of US$332.7 million from a fellow subsidiary.
On 30 June 2026, North Mara Holdings (UK) Limited declared an interim dividend to Barrick TZ Limited for US$206,386,602 and Bulyanhulu Holdings (UK) Limited declared an interim dividend to Barrick TZ Limited for US$37,800,000.

Contingent liabilities (1)

As at 31 December 2025, the Company was a defendant in a number of lawsuits. The plaintiffs are claiming damages and interest thereon for the alleged loss caused by various commercial/project disputes; management considers the majority of cases to be without merit and the likelihood of any material unfavourable outcome remote, so no provision is required.
