On 22 May 2026, entities associated with TPG Global, LLC obtained a greater than 70% controlling interest in Kinetic TCo Pty Ltd via newly incorporated holding entities, with Foresight Group, on behalf of its managed funds, retaining a less than 30% minority interest in Kinetic.
Following completion of the transaction, Kinetic transferred its 51% interest in Topco to an indirect holding company of Kinetic with TPG, therefore holding a greater than 35% indirect interest in the Group.
