As at 31 March 2026 the Company had £59.8k (2025: £23.2k) securing the Company’s indebtedness to certain airlines and trade bodies arising from normal trading activities. The Company has an unlimited guarantee given by Travel Republic Limited and Gold Medal Travel Group Limited dated 14 December 2018.
The Company has entered into a Composite Accounting Agreement dated 14 December 2018; each participating company has provided a guarantee to the Bank.
On 14 October 2014 dnata and dnata World Travel entered into a deed of guarantee with the Civil Aviation Authority in respect of the ATOL obligations of the Company.
